I have fun and silly friends. I've been rehabbing my right ankle after manipulating my talus bone out of place during circle practice a couple months ago. My physical therapist explained that any time you are on your feet, the muscles and tendons are working. So naturally, I thought combining ankle stimulation with stationary household chores would be a simple and good idea. Well...having creative and competitive friends rapidly turned this low calorie exercise into, "Can you do it and squat too? how many can you do? Wait...let's film this!"
